Album Group, Inc. Presents
Hot Dogs • Heart • Community
A mobile hot dog stand with a mission — serving fresh, high-quality dogs while fighting food insecurity, one bun at a time.
Why We're Here
Joe Takes The Stand started with a simple belief: food is community, and community takes care of its own. We roll up to school events, neighborhood gatherings, and community spaces — not just to sell hot dogs, but to make a difference.
Every purchase you make goes toward feeding someone who can't afford a meal. We donate proceeds to address food insecurities in our community, because nobody should go hungry.
"Our name says it all — sometimes you have to stand up and take action."
When you make a donation at the stand, we match it with a meal for someone in need. Grab your dog, make a difference. It's that simple.
Where You'll Find Us
Joe Takes The Stand is mobile and ready to roll. We focus on school events, local fairs, and community gatherings — bringing great food and a giving spirit wherever we go.
Want Joe at your event? We'd love to show up, serve up, and give back together.
Book the StandFrom game nights to fundraisers, we partner with schools to serve great food and raise awareness about food insecurity.
Pop-up appearances at local fairs, festivals, and neighborhood gatherings — spreading good vibes and hot dogs.
Proceeds from charity events go directly toward fighting food insecurity. Every dog sold = a family helped.
The Person Behind the Cart
Joe Raschke is the owner and operator of Joe Takes The Stand, run through Album Group, Inc. With a background in community engagement and a deep belief that good food can connect people, Joe started the stand with one mission: serve great hot dogs and make a real difference.
By combining Vienna Beef quality with a buy-one-give-one philosophy, Joe has turned a hot dog cart into a movement — one dog at a time.
